	*The Catering team…* Phil and Lesley Martyn-Uglow are the core team of Anytime, Anywhere Ltd – Party Planners & Caterers, which Lesley established in 2000 after having spent six years studying and working in catering. Lesley worked with many chefs, including Gary Rhodes, Anthony Worrall-Thompson and Albert Roux, before taking a full tine position with Anton Mosimann in London. ‘Since 2000, we have covered much of the South West, from Yeovilton in Somerset to St Mary’s on the Isles of Scilly, catering at some of the most exclusive and impressive venues the area has to offer. Whilst weddings remain our main focus, the type of functions that we cater for range from family gatherings such as Christenings and funerals, to corporate work, including product launches and staff events.”
*Fantastic Food…* Both Phil and Lesley are from local farming families and this plays a big part in influencing their product purchasing decisions, the emphasis being on using quality local produce wherever possible. “We are very lucky being based in Cornwall as we are able to take advantage of some of the best seafood, enjoy Cornish Cheeses, lap up the locally made clotted cream and accompany our dishes with a range of wines from the Camel Valley Vineyard and soft drinks & juices from companies such as the Cornish Orchards”.

Our experience in dealing with various support business from Photographers, Marquee Hire, Florists and Entertainment, will help to add the finishing touches.
